Work out in an air-conditioned environment to Sky TV and MTV. The 40-station fitness studio is equipped with modern, user-friendly cardio-vascular, fixed-weight and free-weight machines and the professional team of staff are on hand to help and to encourage you.
You can either pay as you go or, if you work out on a regular basis, you can sign up to the membership your choice.
