The Deangate Ridge complex has a 200-seat stadium with a 400-metre six-lane athletics track, home to the Medway and Maidstone Athletics Club. The track is open daily to the public from 10am-9pm.
Built by Balsam UK in 1987, the track has a Spurtan BS surface, a highly water-permeable system suitable for areas with a high rainfall, approved by the International Association of Athletics Federation. For more information, phone 01634 254481.
The complex also boasts an excellent clubhouse bar and restaurant, a 40-station fitness suite, a pro shop, and indoor bowls.
