Welcome to Deangate Ridge

Situated on the Hoo peninsula, with breathtaking views of the Medway estuary, Deangate Ridge Golf Club is one of the finest municipal golf courses in Kent.

Deangate Ridge is an 18-hole, par 71 course measuring 6,300 yards. Set among rolling parkland and trees, it has exquisitely-kept fairways and greens and offers a real challenge to golfers of all standards, from the complete novice to the professional. View the course here.

The 11-bay driving range is a popular after-work destination for golfers who want to blow off steam and hit a few balls.

If you fancy a full round after work, Twilight Golf is always a good option. And if you left your clubs at home, you can hire your equipment from the pro shop.

The Deangate Ridge Complex also boasts an excellent clubhouse bar and restaurant, a 40-station fitness suite, a 200-seat stadium with a 400-metre six-lane athletics track, and indoor bowls.

The club has an illustrious history and an active membership, with fun-filled social events and society days.

The course was designed by F.W. Hawtree, of the world-renowned golf architectural firm, Hawtree and Sons and was opened in 1972 by the legendary boxer, Sir Henry Cooper.
